Genomics Laboratory

The Genomics Laboratory is dedicated to providing genetic, epigenetic and transcriptomic services such as DNA genotyping, DNA methylation analysis, RNA expression profiling, and high-throughput sequencing. UH Cancer Center investigators can expect to have convenient access to the latest technologies for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and microarray analysis to generate top-quality data with an efficient turn-around time at an affordable cost.
